Who we are
This website is operated by Harward Real Estate (legally Harward & Associates Real Estate, LLC), 704 North 1890 West, Provo, Utah 84601. You can reach us at 801.377.5600 or info@harwardrealestate.com.
Information you give us
The only place this site asks for information is the contact form. It collects your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and whatever you write in the message.
We use it to answer you. That is all. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking to be on one.
Information collected automatically
Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs of requests to the site. These include your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. Netlify uses them to serve the site and to protect it from abuse.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see whether visitors call us or send a message. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and records a shortened version of your IP address. It tells us how many people visited a page. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not connect it to anything you send us through the form.
If you would rather not be counted, Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out across every site that uses it: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
Other services this site relies on
- Netlify hosts the site and receives contact form submissions. Submissions are stored in our Netlify account and emailed to us.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which means Google sees your IP address when a page loads.
- Buildium supplies the current vacancy list on our commercial page. Your browser fetches that list directly from Buildium when you open that page.
Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy. We have no control over what they do with it beyond the service they provide to us.
Links to other sites
We link out to builders, community sites, and tenants. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site under someone else's policy.
How long we keep things
We keep contact form submissions for as long as they are useful to the enquiry and our records, and we delete them when they are not. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@harwardrealestate.com or call the office and we will handle it. We will not charge you or make it difficult.
Children
This site is meant for adults doing business with us. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
